• Worked with industry leaders such as Oliver Carr Company, Charles E. Smith, JBC Properties and Clover Companies.
• Specialty includes commercial, office, retail, residential leasing and management.
• Real estate brokers license, District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
• CPM (Certified Property Manager) and RPA Real Property Admin certifications.
• In depth knowledge of Metro D.C. real estate market.

Grace Lui, CPA

Controller

• Oversees accounting efforts for Metro Management Services Property Management, corporate accounting, as well as lease administration.
• Worked as auditor for Arthur Young & Company and managed accounting group of Stanley Martin Commercial for six years.
• In depth knowledge of many property management accounting software programs.
• Successfully converted Metro Management portfolio data into MRI software.
• Attended University of Maryland with degree in Accounting.  Obtained CPA certification after graduation.
